  The Sam Brown Investigations are dedicated in our efforts to give students the skills they need to pursue a career in the field of Private Investigation and Public Sector.
  Our staff is dedicated to helping students clarify their career goals and implementing a course of action to make those goals a reality.  Our graduates are secure in the knowing that we provide job placement assistance.
  In today’s fast paced environment keeping up with technology and the changes it brings is vital to success.  The instructors on staff are all experts in their related fields of study and they willingly lend their expertise to our students.  Their teaching techniques are fresh and cutting edge so our graduates are always one step ahead of the competition.
  In both the public and private sectors, trained Investigators are in demand from locating missing persons to exposing fraudulent workers claims.  Some specialize in financial investigation, internal theft. The courses consists of fifty-three 4 -hours classes
 DESCRIPTION OF COURSES
 LAW

This course is designed to familiarize the student with the criminal and civil laws they need to know and will encounter in their careers as investigators.  To keep up with laws that effect investigators is a lifelong vocation.  Therefore, these courses are designed to be a beginning to understanding the laws that most affect the investigator.

 INFORMATION SOURCES
             This course is designed to familiarize the investigator with all of the sources of public information that are available to the investigator.  Included are Federal, State and Local government bodies, databases, CD-ROM, other sources and the Internet.

INVESTIGATIVE METHODS

 This course is designed to familiarize with methods and techniques they will use as an investigator.  The basic methods and techniques the investigator will use cuts across many different areas of investigation.  Basic skills one must become proficient in, such as photography, video taping and surveillance, are covered in this section.
 COURT PREPARATION
  This course is designed to familiarize the investigator with the process and skills needed in working with, or for, one of the largest sources of business: Attorneys.  From preparing a case for court and testifying to copyright infringements and electronic debugging.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

   This course is designed to cover a wide range of skills needed such as interviewing, legal terms, interrogation and report writing are some of the most important skills of an investigator.  Professionalism, ethics standards and reputation.  Running a business, client management, communications can make a difference of the successful investigator or just another in the field.
